It was a privilege to work with Scott Voland in preparing for the the Robertson County Schools Annual Administrator Retreat. His presentation, Creating a Culture of Excellence, both inspired our administrators and provided them with practical suggestions that could be easily implemented with their staff. What made Scott stand out from all the other presenters with whom I have worked was the detailed preparation he completed before arriving in Robertson County. Scott took the time to talk with me regarding presentation goals. He researched our district to gain an understanding of his audience. Scott did his homework and hit a home run with our administrators. They still discuss and use the strategies he provided.
