Your presentation on creating a positive culture was excellent and fell right in line with what I had envisioned for our kick off to the school year.  I really liked your approach.  I think that hearing about and focusing on mission effectiveness, charisma and culture from a perspective outside of my own, was necessary.  Several teachers mentioned having an “ah ha” moment when asked to align the school’s belief statements with their own.  That is exactly what I was hoping that we would achieve.
